Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time. There are two ways:

1. Delete from the app (instant)

• Open the app and go to Settings → Erase all data.
• This wipes the data stored on your device and deletes your synced data row from our database.
• We recommend exporting a backup first (Settings → Export all data) if you want to keep a copy.

2. Request full account deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email support@clearmintessentials.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We'll process the request and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your financial records, profile and account are removed from our active systems. Backups and provider logs are purged on their normal rotation schedule. Billing records required for legal/tax purposes may be retained by our payment processor as required by law.
